You have 30 calendar days from the date you received the item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Please note that perishable goods, custom or personalized products, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
To initiate a return, email our customer service team with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a return authorization and instructions.
Securely package the item, including all original packaging and materials, and ship it to the address provided. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Please note that the original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately with details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible. For exchanges, contact us for guidance.
